How brutal are the first days for you?

    It's very very bad for me.
    Almost in a panic state. pacing around. Can not sit still for long.
    However, when I use porn and jerk off I feel these same feelings on and off.. But they get worse, way worse, in the first few days (3-4).

    I think it's good when the first days are bad, it could mean that the recovery will be short.

    My first 15 days where great, and i didn't feel real bad days until day 50, after that it has been pain until now.
