Hoping this works

Hey guys. I'm from India. I just graduated with a medical degree last year. However my addiction doesn't let me work properly at my workplace. I'm employed in the emergency department now. I also have to write a nationwide entrance exam next January to get a post graduate medical degree which is very difficult to crack. Mainly because of my addiction I'm wasting time and not working hard enough. I want to start nofap to achieve my goals.
