High blood pressure

    Dear friends,

    I had bp of 130/80 when I started nofap after 3 months into nofap my current bp reading is 160/100,,, I am getting regular panic attacks as well as my left side chest hurts a lot,,, please suggest me

    I don't think anyone here should nor could do that. I think that is something you need to see a doctor for.

    But from my own knowledge issues like high bp have absolutely nothing to do with retaining your life-force which only serves to make one healthier all across the board.
