    Well, first I don't understand something about PMO:
    O is for orgasm?
    is the orgasm wrong???
    I mean, I'm married, so I think if I make better my sexual life with my wife most probably I could leave porn addiction.

    I have been struggled for years with porn addiction and masturbation, without success, now my strategy is get closer to God and my wife and my friends, i think relationships help a lot, and I'm doing more exercise and I seems to help, however, sometimes I think I will die without defeat this addiction.

    O is for orgasm. For many, they have a PM journey where they only O with their wives and that's perfectly normal and helpful for you.
