Hi, I'm Rameez a Newbie to -->NoFap

Hi everybody,

I just found out this site last night and after reading i can say that this the platform i was looking for. i am glad to be the part of this community and looking to improve myself.
I'm 25 years old male trying to stop my PORN & MASTURBATION habits. i am doing it since i was 16 so yeah its a too long time period and now i came to know that you get nothing but Stress, Depression, Anxiety & Social Disorder and your life purity ends up.
I've been practicing different tactics and methods stop this habit but all of them works for a short time and i find myself again doing old things. then i realize that there are some things which trigger me to do so and its becoming an obsession day by day. In August i started to write down the things which trigger me to do so and started to avoid them. i was doing very well and for first time ever i spent my 9 days without Porn & masturbation in September. But then again i'm on the same path.i also figured that i must tell someone about my problem because i think that sharing with someone who can give you courage,it is the most important part of stopping masturbation & porn and in my case i also need a person to reboot my life.So i made a decision again to not do those things and live pure life. I'm completely sure that i can overcome this situation so i'm here now. i need your assistance and support.

Thank you @Jerk Reaction. i'll keep in mind your suggestion. i'm already reading and thats why i posted here to introduce myself to get interact with other peoples. At first i was little disappointed when nobody replied me but i'm very happy now and feeling too good.

I'm Glad to hear that you made it. I'm really happy to that i came to this forum and feeling not alone. its my 3rd day without PMO and i don't feel any urge. i'm reading right now and soon will be starting my Challenge. I'm thankfull for everyone who shared their valuable words with me. It gave me a lot of courage to think positive and pure thoughts.
