    Hi guys, I noticed this movement more than a year ago but only decided to join just now. Although I relapsed every now and then, I feel that just being aware of this fact already brought a lot of improvements to my life.

    Currently on day 0, I look forward to actually stop permanently and attract even more improvements by joining this forum.

    I noticed it a while ago too but only joined this week for some reason. Don't know why I didn't join earlier but just pleased I'm here now. Looking forward to seeing your progress!
