Hey there everyone, I heard this was a really supportive community, so I decided to join to try to better myself.

    So here's my story:
I'm 25, and had been PMO-ing for about 10 years, give or take a year. In 2016, I sort of noticed that I was almost hyper-sexual, and I PMO'd usually every day, up to three times a day sometimes. My testicles were very sensitive then (maybe due to overmasturbation?). I did not use death grip and I did not do anything out of the ordinary.

In 2017, I dated a couple different women, one of which I had a dry humping encounter with at one point. This was when I began noticing that my erections were not really as strong as I remember them being before. I had already been sort of tapering off of PMO at this point without really realizing it, because I had been talking to women more than ever and it sort of took my mind off of it. I went to see a urologist about a month after that because I was experiencing some erectile dysfunction, but my testosterone levels and thyroid levels are good, and reflexes are normal.

Now, it's been 13 days since I last masturbated or viewed porn. I am feeling a little better in terms of energy levels. Unfortunately, I have had very little sex drive since a bit before I stopped PMO-ing entirely. I do get morning erections most mornings, but they do not feel as strong as they used to, nor as pleasurable. my testicles are a lot less sensitive than they were compared to last year, though I can still feel them just fine. The main issue I have is my libido though. Will it ever come back, and do you all think that this is perhaps some sort of sexual exhaustion? Also perhaps important to note is that I had been under considerable amounts of stress in the first four months of this year.

Thank you all for the community you've built.

Hey man, stress is a crazy modifier in our lives. My wife had a period where she was under loads of stress and was having major symptoms including affecting her memory and cognitive abilities, speech and word association problems. You are 25 man, you shouldnt be under such stress!
