    ¡Hola!
    I just found this forum, and I decided to be part of it, I've been trying to avoid porn and masturbation for a long time.
    but it is a strong addiction.
    The last time that I tried to quit masturbation was for 20 days.
    Due I'm a christian my reasons to quit porn are spiritual reasons.
    So, Hope to get it.

    Phoenix, burn in a fire, and then be reborn. Pretty good metaphor for quitting an addiction.
