Here goes nothing

Hey all,

Today I decided to quit watching porn, and masturbating.

After reading some articles online, things started to make a lot of sense. I realized how much porn and masturbating has been affecting me. For the past few days, I've been abstaining from porn and masturbating and I started to feel a noticeable difference, up until last night when I masturbated again without porn.

I'm back to feeling worse again. So, with that being said, I set my counter, and I'm ready to beat this.

I'm glad that I found out sooner rather than later.
