    My first success with this problem came from the understanding biology a little. From many sites I read that intensive sport burns up energy to the point that your libido will not have available resources to maintain it at active levels.

    Next is the same approach of burning excess energy to "calm down" libido by a strict diet, which I actually where got my first success and is the way that I'm betting on. I don't have time to dive in to intense sport, but I can easily replace most of my food with good quality pure water, which is healthy by itself, but it also finally helped me to gradually suppress my libido.

    The next option that I didn't used, but some of you might like is the consumption of libido suppressing foods like soy, licorice and others. Although, people who overdosed on them have big side effects in the form of becoming too feminine, because those foods rise levels of female hormone estrogen that suppresses libido. So, if you can't do water fast or intense sport, you can eat those products in right doses, because overdose is really bad.
