Help!

hey guys my name is AQ and I'm new here.
I was wondering if you guys can give me some advice on how to beat three weeks of PMO. I've been trying to beat a month streak since last August, time and time again I fail at the same excuse, I tell myself. right now the urge is big and my mind is telling me to look up naked pics of hot women, I almost ended up looking at porn three times for the past 3 to 4 days!

Any advice is useful.
