    I have tried to guit porn many times for many years. I'm starting a new rebooting and only abstaining from porn and making mastrubation once a week in my rebooting program duration. But 4 or 5 months after, I 'm starting to watch again. This has happened many times. What should I do?

    You should not stop
    And that's normal quiting is not too easy
    But you will do it mostly if you feel benefits.

    Is making mastrubation once a week normal or not? Shouldn't we do mastrubation and orgasm forever? Or it is just for the proccess. For example when I quit porn 4 years after, can I make mastrubation?

    No pmo means no porn no masturbation no orgasm, but in my opinion and from my experience the big problem is porn and what it caused to you, all fantasy that got to your mind all pictures of others sex parts etc.... This is wht pollute your mind
    Masturbation is natural if you dont exagerate.
    I can resume as follows:
    1. Porn destroys Brains.
    2.masturbation absorbs energy.

    So If I dont exaggerate, Can I rarely do mastrubation after I quit watching porn? Is it possible? Btw this is my last question thank you so much for your answering and my english isn't perfect. I'm sorry about that. But this affair (pornograph) is very significant to me. I wanna establish an organisation for the people who want to quit this shit, in the future.

    Quit it yourself first. Read the Success Stories section and slowly learn new habits to replace the bad habits

    Yes bro I'm sure I will achieve this. This form provides many benefits with the succesfull stories and informing. Many people are together in here and trying to reach the same goal.
