    Hey everybody (sorry for my English) I don’t feel good today... Because I failed after 1 week of nofap.

    The reason is that after 1 week with nofap I had sex last night and my sexual stamina was so low I ejaculated after 1 minute and this two time!! Before it was 15/30 minutes I can’t do this if it’s to become a premature ejaculator. My girlfriend can’t be satisfied and also I can’t be satisfied. Do anyone is like me ??

    Its temporary bro....nearly all men after reboot can have pre mature ejaculation........i read it on gary wilson's site. Its all normal and yes you will regain ur stamiNa again slowly with practice........its totally normal.

    If u do.rebooting for a long run like say 5-6 months.......ur tool will heal of injuries caused by overmasturbation and body wil heal premature ejaculation by itself........no pills needed.
