Help eliminating fantasizing??

    Hi all,

    I am on day 56 of no PMOing... And hv eliminated porn, masturbation and orgasms pretty successfully.. Also experienced several benefits of no pmo-ing.. But i believe, in order to achieve 100 percent.. I will have to quit fantasizing about sex.. Its involuntary most of the times.. But still.. Is there any way to train my subconscious to avoid fantasizing about sex?
