help?! completed 90 days but keep failing thinking abotu hookups

I didn't even know about the hookup sites until I found nofap forum and read all these names of these apps. I started to think about trying them. What came to mind was mainly the STD risk. I mean if I meet someone from a hook up site odds are they are hooking up with other people who also hook up with lots of people. I don't think that they get re-tested every time they hook up. And it would be awkward ask everyone for fresh results. So I figure all the stress wouldn't be worth the fun of the hook-up. Even though most can be treated with antibiotics its still pretty unpleasant.
