Hello!

Hi, I am a male PMO addict (maybe leaning more towards just MO). I have been addicted for about 6 years. I have been trying to beat this for about 7 months now by myself, although I have looked at these forums, too. My longest streak has been about 28 days, but currently I can’t seem to get past 3. My motivation is religious and social. I relapsed today and made an account because of it. I’m hoping that getting others in the loop on my addiction will help keep me in check and have more success. Well, that’s my story. Any tips, advice, or encouragement is greatly appreciated!
