    Dear All
    This is my second account, previously I was create account with my real name, but I guess I just not ready with it.

    I was do this bad things around 2160 times in this last 15 years, I was hear bad story about dopamine which can caused our brain broken, as effect as drugs. I was hear that this bad things can make me have problem with my sexuality & my life.

    I just want to fix it, stop it and make my life better without PMO.

    Hope your help as well.
    This is my day 0, I hope it can continuously become high number in following days until I die.
