Hello NoFap, Spanish boy needs help.

Hi everyone,

I'm 26 years old and i have a long story fighting against FAP. I tried in different groups in Spain but i didn't overcome the addiction.

Recently, I've been 6 months without fapping and was the best period in my life. It ended two weeks ago when in a party i ended with a girl at her house.

I just want to get back to my sobriety and i need a new motivation.

I want to fight in this but i need a lot of help, the addiction has been hard, and it is hard and it transforms me to worst side of me.

I think that i can achieve the best result as a human being free from FAP. My life gets better, my relationship with others, my job results, my ability to enjoy, my relationship with God. It's everything about being free of this SHIT.

I need help, a lot. But the hope came back to me after i joined this website.
