Hello NoFAP community

    Hi people,

    Although I have heard a lot about the NoFAP community from the past couple of years, never really bothered to sign up for it mainly because I have been super skeptical about its working and benefits, but as time passed and after wasting many years away on porn and subsequent fapping almost every single day (have been addicted to porn for over 15 years now). And now coming to realization that it was pulling me down in every way and draining away everything from me.
    I am now here, very desperate, to straighten out my life, I have never been apart of any community nor have actively participated in any groups, so far I'v been all by myself. I need your humble guidance on getting better as a human being and hopefully the rest of the things fall in place.

    Thank you all just for being here for giving me a hope!

    You are in the right place for recovery here. We are so glad to have you with us to beat this addiction together.

    You can go read some Success Stories in the "Success Stories" section to learn more about the benefits of NoFap , get useful tips and ideas to help you in the reboot.

    If you have any question about rebooting, you can ask it in the "Rebooting" section.


    And I would recommend you to make your own journal in the "Reboot logs" corresponding to your gender & age to track your everyday progress.
    You can also join challenges in the "Events & Challenges" section, to keep yourself motivated and focused.
