    Hello guys, My name is Yonathan, i'm italian and i live in Berlin.

    I'm new here and i really want to join the program. I foud out that actually i have difficulties to mantain my erection and i masturbate always only with porn. And even that usually i find it boring. So i thought there was a problem in my hormonal status.

    Reading here and there i realized that probably i have a porn addiction. i'm not masturbating much, once a day. But always only with porn. and if i use porn for masturbating, and i have the possibility to have sex, my performance is not funny as masturbating.

    So i hope this program of reboot is going to change the game.

    I have a question. Is the 90 days totally sex free? or it's only masturbating free? NoFap means no sex or NoFap?
