Hello, I'm not sure I understood your question well, but I think what you are trying to ask if nofap makes you "less mature", or irresponsible.

Nofap can't decide if you're responsible or not, but responsibility can decide whether you're fapping or not.


And as for having a "manly" personality, it's more about how you deal with it. I mean like, you can do nofap for the rest of your life, but if you aren't going out and talking to people, that aspect of your life will never improve.

So if you want to have a personality that creates an "impact", start working on it! Like go out and try making new friends, or take up some work you like doing. Just take that first step!

I'm no different from you (except that I'm younger), and I'm pretty much doing the same thing I mentioned above. Its tough, but its worth it.

nofap have 100000+ members. posting/sending two words/lines of encouragement nofap helps u and others a lot.

 

100% relate to your story. Struggling with responsibility but now I realize it has more to do with self-acceptance. And for the first time in my life I have accepted outside help. Realizing that was the first responsible step for sure.

 

That is interesting you sound like me (I am 21) have you looked into a personality disorder called schizoid? I have it and I think you might too.

About NoFap having the capacity to transform you that I think is an absolute certainty, if you really want to change NoFap will be the best step towards it. Stay strong.
