    Hi,
    I watched a video about how people in this community have been successful by quiting rewards without effort. That motivated me to join.
    I feel a little embarrassed so excuse me if I don't give much details about my situation.
    However, I do struggle a little bit with masturbation. I started when I was 14 and I want to stop.
