Hello everyone I'm 34 years old and I don t know how long ago I became addicted with pornography. I'm spending my life in watching this video and I realise that I m loosing a lot of things around me. I hope that here I can find the power to go over this addiction.
I'm a a married man, and since I started to became really addicted I don't find my woman attractive anymore. Sometimes I even switch to gay video just because the straight one doesn t give me any emotion. Thanks to all :D.

    Welcome man : )
You did well coming here so Congrats!
Sad to read you don't find your wife attractive anymore : /

Reboot is for the mind and body so stop PMO and read every day about nofap and healthy life style. Commit to it, without forgetting to have fun.
A relapse isn't scary... to not study why you relasped is scary.

    Have a nice day.
