Thanks for sharing open and honestly. I have felt much the same guilt. It is a terrible addiction, but it is only an addiction and can be beat. Fear not and keep hope alive. At one point I had cut porn off for months and my life was returning to normal. However, one day in a fit of anger I went back and I have been having alot of trouble since then. That's what brought me to this site. I do know that we can be restored no matter what. This is the right place to be because everyone in this community can support eachother. Hello from Germany. Im here new too i just started last week with nofap and i can say the first 5 days were horrible. yesterday and today was hard too but not that hard. Maybe you have to close all the porn sites. So you lose if you open one porn site or you look at one naked girl or something else. because if you open just a 15 second porn video --> you will masturbate. thats the cause of looking for porn since years and years. We have to give our brains just the time to adapt. Because the human brain can adapt to everything. If you were in a war and have nothing to eat. Would you even think to masturbate? I hope we can get that shit done together!!!

 

ive always been awkward growing up and I think it was the porn that did it to me cause I looked at it when ever I could recently I found this site I thought it wasn't serious but later I gave it another chance and im on soon to be fourth day

Try very hard to defeat this evil addiction. Take it one day at a time; if you fail, you will get up and start again. You can rid yourself of the guilt you feel. We are all in the same situation more or less. I can tell you that you will find support here. All you have to do is ask. Things will change if you stop, but you have to want to do so. Be strong.
