I really like the idea of this nofap revolution. I am willing to commit to change myself for good. I am from India and I graduated last year. I noticed that pornography is affecting my dating life and career. I lack social skills and I think due to continuous use of PMO in the past my brain has a distorted view on reality. Instead of facing my problems directly I usually used to relieve the stress through PMO. But now I realized that its ruining the quality of my life so I want to give it my all to change for a better future for myself.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

My first strategy as of now is to identify the triggers that bring such thoughts and urges and then try my best to avoid those and plan an alternative method to deal with those triggers.:)

hey glad to see you are here to make a change. just want to let you know that it's going to be really hard but not impossible. I recommend keeping a journal so you can document your progress. writing things down helps to keep you focus on your goal, and will also help to identify your triggers. good luck my friend

Thank you so much for such an amazing post! It's a great head start for me. I saved that page for future reference too. It's a great resource page.
