    9ve been addicted to pmo for many years. It's really affected my life and those of my wife and family. 2 months ago I was suspended from work through my behaviour. My daughter is in an adolescent mental health unit due to my behaviour. Any support would be most welcome.

    Hey Dr.
    I understand.. my sister has also MH problems due to my acting out. Lots of shame and guilt I have had to work through. But over the years I have been able to move through some of those terrible feelings and begin to heal..
    Keep coming brother!
