Hi guys. I'm a 29 year old Canadian guy who just decided to get into NoFap. I've been struggling with excessive masturbation for years and it's really taken its toll on me both physically and psychologically.

I'm a person who suffers from massive social anxiety and so romantic relationships have been essentially impossible. Porn has been the only way for me to satisfy sexual urges, but tonight I've decided that enough is enough.

Honestly, I walked into this battle unprepared.

I made it to 2 days and promptly fell off the wagon - this is my first experience with addiction and I had no idea how sneaky it could be. I was able to justify relapsing to myself right until it had been done and then I realized what had happened...

I'm going to have to sit down and read through other people's posts to get an idea of what strategies they use, then come back and answer that question because right now I'm totally unsure.
