Hello everyone . New here and trying to quit for the past year.

    Hey guys , it feels nice to be a part of a community. I'm a student and I have been masturbating since a very young age ( I don't even remember). Last year I saw a post on reddit about nofap , since then I'm trying to stop this habit. But failing miserably. I'd like to be more confident and want to achieve something. So , I'm looking forward to improve myself with the help of you guys.

    @Capedbaldy38 Welcome to the community ! Glad you joined. Awesome decision. I find this site to be a really really supportive group that love involving themselves in other people's journeys because we can all relate to each other in some way. I encourage you to stay engaged on this site regularly and maybe even start your own journal thread under the subsection of the forums specific to your age whatever it may be, introduce yourself to other new fapstronauts, and check out the Success Stories subsection just cause they can be really encouraging!

    Hope you fight this good fight and finish the race strong and take this thing one day at a time!

    Just remember that failure is the first step to success.
    It's an addictive habbit so going from 0 to 100 isn't happening in a day.
    First 5 days, then one week, then 15, then a month, and go on!

    I am doing my best but sometimes it's so hard. When I'm lonely , and no one to talk to. I'm keeping myself busy most of the time.
