Healthy Ways to increase testosterone ..

    Testosterone is essential for our sexual health and general health..a man with low testosterone is like a car without enough fuel.
    Healthy Ways to increase it:
    1 semen retention.
    2 lifting weight .
    3 running .
    4 Sun light.
    5 cooling the testicles .
    6 eating lots of raw eggs.
    7 eating lots of garlic and onion and spices .
    8 eating fish .
    9 eating any food that is rich in but in vitamin D.
    10 self -esteem.
    11 cold showers .
    12 sexual arousal (controversial but still true ..but I don't recommend it for us nofappers in our reboot).
    13 real sex (yes it ACTUALLY increases it as opposed to what masturbation does. Which can show us that it has to do with the psychology of it..when you have sex you feel like a boss and that increases your T ..but when you fap you feel like a loser and that decreases your T).
    14 sleeping well.
    15 water fasting combined with at least 100 push ups a day(burning fat and convert it to muscle).

    Things that DECREASES testosterone to avoid them:
    1 excessive ejaculation ofcourse.
    2 sugar (white sugar..feel free to eat all the fruits you want).
    3 shampoo .
    4 warm baths.
    5 low self -esteem .
    6 stress and anxiety and depression .
    7 porn( dopamine is related with testosterone ..high dopamine from porn or junk food or video games can actually decrease your testosterone.
    8 fluoride (don't ever drink your toothpaste water).
    9 nicotine .
    10 Soy( stop eating nutella and ice cream).
    11 alcohol.

    I don't think meditation increases testosterone but I'm going to go ahead and suggest it anyways . . .

    It's a great help when your on this journey . . .

    I think meditation could increase testosterone, at least the way that it increases relaxation/destressing. It is important to avoid stress to keep testosterone in normal level.
    Though, i've read meditation could also stimulate pituitary gland. I cannot say i'd have really witnessed meditation induced testosterone increase by this way.

  6. Not healthy. Raw eggs has high risk of getting you sick with salmonella. Also they contain ldl cholesterol, which leads to atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease, along with tons of saturated fat, which rises ldl cholesterol even further.

    Yeah ..it makes your body muscular and stiff..definitely try it..get your carbs with it and lift your weight and look at yourself in only a week!!

    Yeah I also heared before that owning a gun can increase your T and it's understandable. General rule :any masculine behavior will increase your T. But I don't get why touching a newborn reduce it?!

  14. No, it's not. Do this for couple decades and your arteries and heart will be heavily damaged. Especially if eggs is not your only source of bad cholesterol and saturated fat, which I'm guessing it's not. Meat and dairy consumption on top of this would increase the negative effects by huge amount, cos they also contain bad cholesterol and saturated fat. Unless rest of your diet is very low in cholesterol and saturated fat you are slowly setting yourself up for nice dosage of blood pressure and cholesterol medication and possibly heart bypass surgery few decades down the line.

    This is what bodybuilders and WWE stars eat..meat and eggs and dairy ..and they are the most strong and healthy motherfuckeres out there..without these food you will be soft and weak.

    they also eat vials of testosterone and growth hormone for breakfast, dinner and as a desert

    dont be fooled by these physiques

    for attaineble physiques look at bodybuilders before the golden age like steeve reeves

    Yes but these are extra supplements. Take all the supplements in the world and you can't build a strong muscular body if you don't have a high protein diet . And raw eggs are the most powerful source of protein .

    Yes..i used to be very skinny few years ago ..now I'm more muscular and strong since I started eating eggs and drinking milk . Please try it and see for youself ..ofc you should lift weights and get your carbs right as well .no need for any supplements
