Havent been able to stop masturbation in two years!

    Hi guys. Im 24 and mastubated alot with and without porn from age 18 until I got 22. I have had all the masturbation harmful effects on my body. Dont need to mention that. Thats what made me stop masturbation. Well was almost a porn addict too. My goal was to quite porn first and then quite masturbation. Well its been two years that I couldn't go cold turkey and I always tried weaning method which wasnt satisfying and I have alwasy faild and qent back to pmo. Although I decreased pmo even the longest I didnt pmo sometimes was 14 days. But couldnt go more. Now AGAIN im fapping 2 to 4 times a week and also watch 2 ro 3 times a week. If i dont watch porn I dont have the desire to masturbate. Im really disappointed. That was my history in two years of being on nofap...

    You can't do the same and expect different effects. Try to reconsider your situations and factors affecting you negatively and positively as well. You need to create a new strategy to overcome it.

    Now I watch porn once or twice a week. Am I considered an addict?

    Yes, yes and yes. Ask yourself: why I watch porn? Why? If there is no reason, then you're addict. It's like, I smoke tobacco every other week now, am I an addict?

    I've been doing this for two years now. I still haven't given up, because I know this is right; I've gained so much from this. I want to finish this. Because when I've done that, I can walk head held high and straight back... I can be proud, I did something good for myself and everybody else, even though it was hard and unpleasant:)
