    Hi!

    I am a Filipino. 34 YO and been fapping 3 times a day for 20 years. Also, I develop an extreme OCD, like washing my hands hundreds of times a day. I just learned NoFap and was shocked that my extreme OCD was due to my excessive fapping. Hope this works. OCD has ruined me so much and I really want it gone. Anyone here who recovered from OCD from not fapping?

    Well I think fapping is a form of OCD in itself so I would say yes.

    Great to see other Pinoys here :) I am on day 20 now, could have been my 30th but I gave out on my first 10 days so had to restart my counter. hehe
