Have any of you suffered from PE?

Ooh yep, I've suffered from PE. I didn't realise that this was a side effect of using P.

A total reboot may help but I know this can be really difficult

It's like i can't have any kind of orgasm ? Or sometimes with my gf it's okey ?

Along with PE, I have also suffered excessive urination. I have to pee every hr or 1.5 hrs. I pee 10 to 12 times a day. And 3 to 4 times at night. Though I don't even drink that much water. Do you face such problems?

PE doesn't necessarily has to be related to porn. Its mostly related to how you breath nd how relaxed you are during sex.

If you are hyper sensitive you could still suffer from PE. Fortunately PE is easy to get over. Just have to take it slow during sex.

Yep this is spot on. My PE was so bad girls would make jokes about it. Usually pretty nicely but I actually laugh now when my recent FWB was like "wow you lasted longer than last time." I think I actually laughed when she said it b/c my PE is really bad. Like less than a minute. I used to be worried about ppl walking in on my during PMO and it trained a "hurry up before you get caught" neural pathway which needless to say is not ideal.

This is the answer that I am searching for since starting the no PMO routine. I am in 72 days of no PMO. Already had sex in days 68.
I can tell that the hardness is almost 90% and can regain hardness if its going soft. ( With foreplay ). Before it was only 2-3 minutes and then my little guy would go limb an unable to get hard no matter what you do.

Nofap works and PE is the side effects of PMO.

Anyway i'll continue the nofap until i am 100% cured. No more porn for me. Ever.
