Hard Flaccid - mild case ?

I‘m knew here and I need some help.
7 Weeks ago i had a hurtful knee strike against my penis in a basketball game.
The pain was gone in the evening. So I masturbated to see if everything was fine. I had the feeling my penis muscle spasmed afterwards.
4 days later I had to go to the toilet far more often and wake up 4 times nightly with painful erections and always had to pee. I has gotten a lil bit better but I still have pain along my penis shaft. Almost the whole muscle. It hurts after ejaculation or peeing. It is very hard also and I noticed that my penis while standing has become much harder. When I lay down or pee it’s like normal again. I can get normal Erections but my ejaculation is much earlier then it used to be.
Please I need an advice from somebody.
