Halfway there and...

    I don't know if it is just that life has become stressful recently, but I am so much more pissed off. Little things people do aggervates me. I have had a season of doubt this past month in my faith and I just get so apathetic about the world. I kind of just feel like mosty everyone is a dick. I'm stressed out and depressed as hell.

    I haven't had time to work out between work and school. Maybe that is where I'm strugling. Regardless, I think porn is a terrible thing that I need to detox from so I will continue with nofap. I just wish I had some of the results you guys have.

    I guess I just need empathy, encouragement, and someone to listen to me. Life kinda sucks...

    It could be withdrawals. NoFap has its ups and downs.
    Just stick with it, man! Do what brings you a sense of fulfillment, whether that's working out or whatever else. Just stay clean, and it'll get better.

    giggleshmack, congrats on almost reaching 50 days, man! That's awesome! Keep on, keepin' on! Great inspiration coming from you, by the way.

    Sonic, you've got to make time to workout. I know it's easier said that done; realize that this is something you are taking on and it is not going to be easy.. working out has immensely subdued the withdrawals for me; I have no idea where I'd be with out working out the last 33 days - no where near 33, that is for sure! Focus on yourself and realize that you are doing this for YOU and YOU only... the only one celebrating your success will be YOU and those of us that know your struggle.

    I had a rough day, but I managed to put myself first again today. You have no idea what working out has done for me. I'm going through a tough break up and trying to Nofap... It could have been harder but my focus and energy is going into working out, running and now I've tried to toss in some mountain biking. MAKE THE TIME, that's all I've got to say. If you are a student, realize that you got into the college that you are at because your intelligence earned you the way there; you have the capability to manage your time too, so FUCKIN' DO IT! Be strong, man! Oh, and find some good high energy music... Pearl Jam, Rear View Mirror, Greatest hits 1992 - 2003 discs one and two, do it for me.

    Thanks Corcoran. It hasn't been easy, that's for sure.

    Also, I just realized, working out has really helped me through it. I've started working out nightly about two weeks ago because it kills the urge before bed and helps me sleep. So, sonic, you gotta get that back into your routine, especially since (I think you meant this in your post) its something you've been doing for awhile and is important to you.

    As for high energy workout music, check this this out. Its awesome.

    The High energy workouts is also what is keeping me off PMO recently. Thanks for the advice
