Had sex after 9 days of semen retention

Hey.. I’m new to this forum but I’d imagine it will only do good things for you. Sex is REAL. It’s connecting in the most intimate way with a person. Don’t see it as a gateway to let PMO back in though. Keep it REAL bro.

 

There's two aspects to reboot if I have understood correctly. One is from porn, masturbation, etc. The other is from ejaculation with sex. They are two separate actions that both end in ejaculation. I think initial reboot should be from both in the short term. It is the action of self-restraint that helps you grow. And sex and all things that end in busting a nut are number 1 as physical satisfaction for most. One of the things desired from nofap is a better sex life. Porn and excessive masturbation has a totally different effect than sex with a partner. In the end, it depends on you and what your intentions are as far as having sex or not during reboot. But I'm no expert. Just my opinion as I was thinking the same thing for a while.

 

I had sex on my 16day of nofap and today after exactly a week. I don't know how that affect the reboot but the sex was great

There are two modes of reboot: normal and hard.
In normal you are allowed to have sex.
In hard mode you are not.
They both exclude porn and masturbation.
When I started noFap and set my counter I chose my type of reboot - normal mode, sex is allowed.
One must choose for himself.
