    so I’m bulking up hopefully getting some definition, I’ve been using protein powder the last 2 days and can already see a difference, but tomorrow I’m setting a membership up, hopefully I’ll be more toned by March, (that’s my goal anyways)

    Also improve your diet, take for example also omega 3,bcaa aka amino acids, eat lean meat, small meals 7 times a day.

    As diet matters a lot, also creatine is quite good for muscle building, really it all depends on your budget.

    Just planned out a diet plan but deffo going to add the 7 meals a day cheers mate
