Guilty after relapse 100 days

So I made it 100 days and after I beat masturbation addiction I told myself I’d never masturbate again. I got turned on and wishing for sex, I did it, I relapsed. I feel some guilt but nothing like when I when I was still struggling with addiction. I beat pied, can anyone tell me if this will bring munchies pied back? Because pied caused me a great deal of anxiety.

If u continue yes. Listen 100 days is a great streak. Nofap isnt about never masturbating again exactly. Its more about rebooting, killing porn and masturbation addiction. But ur human, at some point u will masturbate. Ideally its once in a blue moon for the right reasons and not with porn. That being said if u continue to undo the progress u have made then u will have issues like pied etc.
Think of it like someone who gave up heavy drinking. The occasional holiday glass of wine or eggnog wont undo their progress. But when they start saying oh i can have a beer, i can have some rum, okay maybe just a lil whiskey etc.

So keep in mind one bad masturbation is more of a reset not a relapse. A relapse is when u continue to do it. U will be fine if u just get back to nofap now.

Yeah thanks I don’t plan on continuing, my girlfriend had a busy week and we have sex often so it had been a while, I was worried pied would come back but I got morning wood so I might be ok

I had sex today and took a bit longer to get an erection through oral stimulation and it started to go away when we changed positions which didn’t happen before but it still worked out
