    Hey. My name's Gustavo and I signed up for NoFap because I'm tired of relying so much on my addictions for false happiness and this is one of them. If anyone has any advice or groups that they'd like to bring me into, feel free because I have no idea what I'm doing. I look forward to improving though. That's for sure.

    I've been battling porn addiction for quite a while and the only advice I can give you is to not quit even if you miserably fail at the beggining and to try to change your habits not necessarily by trying to remove bad ones but rather by adding good ones. Quitting porn may be extremely easy , extremely hard or anything in between.
