Hi guys, my approach to stop PMO is by cutting down on the times I engage in this disempowering activity. I started a few weeks ago, cutting down from 4 times a week. Now I'm limiting myself to twice a week and will gradually lower it as times passes. (1 time, 0.5 times, 0.25 times, etc until I hit zero. Also a helpful way to quit is to find external sources as a substitute for PMO. Because our brains will require a substitute otherwise we will eventually revert back to the way we were. I'm hoping to start going out and meeting girls/ doing a bit of pick up. Eventually hitting the same end goal. Wish me luck.

Welcome to the NoFap community jcmnmgd  and I hope you find these tips helpful.
    • Do not touch your penis unless you are peeing or washing it - no exceptions.
    • Do not use porn (in any form), do not masturbate or cum - called hard mode.
    • Remove sexual thoughts and images from your mind, completely/instantaneously.
    • When weakening from temptation get up and do something: for example, exercise.
    • Find a strict Accountability Partner, the best would be someone you know and trust. o_O
