    Hey guys, first post on NoFap. I thought I wasn't addicted until I got restless when I tried not to fap so I can workout to my full capacity at the gym. Shocked how deep I was into this addiction. Starting the 30 day challenge today. Wish me luck. Stay strong my brethren.
