It's been a difficult couple days so far, still working to overcome the chaser effect.

I've been working on recognizing the thought in the early stages, telling myself it's a dangerous thought, and then taking deep breaths in and out. Our brains want oxygen more than they want to satisfy addictions, so if we give them even more oxygen than they need, it helps relieve the urges, and helps me think more clearly.
