Going to start NoFap on the 18th December 2018

    I had tried the No Nut November challenge and failed on the 15th, and now I want to start my NoFap PM0 90 DAY challenge starting tomorrow. I want to start my journey right and I believe I'll need all the support I can get. If you have any tips please feel free to reply to this thread. I'm starting this journey to try and eliminate my social anxiety, improve productivity and increase testosterone. I am at the end of my first semester of my first year of university so I want to start the new year fresh by starting it now.

    I like to start my day with a cold shower. As cold as you can stand for as long as you can stand. Search “cold shower benefits” on YouTube.
    Read the book You’re Brain On Porn.
    Start a journal in the age appropriate forum and share your story.

    why wait til tomorrow? does that mean you are using pmo today? if you used this morning or right now thats fine just stop now.

    Worried it sounds like you might be indulging/binging today to "get it out of your system" or something. which is a bad idea. Either way glad you are here! just take it one day at a time. and if you "fail" don't relapse to your old habits just dust yourself off and keep trying.

    I started on the 18th because before I decided I wanted to start, I was on a binge streak every other 2 days. I wanted to declare my journey as a statement so I don't have to go through this alone. After I declared it, I didn't masturbate or watch porn for the rest of the 17th.

    I'm kind of hesitant of cold showers as I've never done it before, but there's a first time for everything so I'll try one tonight.
     
  7. State in your mind that you will NEVER PMO again. That's the cornerstone. Then, it's hard. Be ready for terrible urges. However, once you overcome them, it's getting easier and easier. Especially, since you're feeling better and better, and you keep to those wonderful feelings.
    Cold showers are great when you're on the edge, in my case. You should hate that cold water, and it wakes your brain up like espresso.
