    I quit diet soda and other unhealthy eating habit a few years ago.I stopped and never did them again.My goal is the same for internet porn .I am no prude no problem with sexy cable shows but the instant nature of internet porn causes major sick behavior.
    Already disgusted by former activity after 3 days quitting. Was same way with soda.
    never had it again.
