    Just curious... what reward do you give yourself for successfully completing a goal.

    Never really thought of it, I would like to hear something too!

    One thing I do note at my goal time (usually 30 days is a big goal), is that the mental state you have is a big reward in and of itself.

    When I hit 30 days, I took the day off, took myself out for pizza. And then got arby's for dinner with a friend. It wasn't really planned though; just felt like splurging and so I did.
