Goals for Tuesday the 23rd

    Goals for Tuesday April 23rd.

    1. Wake up at 4:30 am.
    2. Go to the gym for light cardio and weights.
    3. Go to work.
    4. Eat keto dinner.
    5. Meditate 2x during the day for 20 minutes.

    Fell short on Tuesday goals.
    Did the meditation, work and keto dinner.
    No 4:30 am rise and no weights, although did do some walking.

    Starting over for Wednesday April 24, 2019.

    1. Wake up at 4:45am.
    2. Meditate for 30 minutes.
    3. Work out with light cardio and weights.
    4. Go to work.
    5. Meditate at lunch.
    6. Eat keto dinner. (Steak and Turnip Greens).
    7. No PMO, no looking!

    Goals for Friday the 26th.

    1. Meditate today for 25 min.
    2. Do some form of exercise.
    3. Eat Keto dinner.
    3. No PMO, no looking!
    4. Buy some groceries for the week.

    Goals for Sunday the 28th.

    1. Exercise at Gym.
    2. No Nootropics or supplements. Aspirin if needed.
    3. Meditate for 25 min.
    4. Buy a few groceries.
