I want to type my daily goals on here to be more accountable. Today will be rather simple with a longer list to come. 1. Intermittent Fasting until 6pm. (Coffee and water until then.) Eggs and bacon for dinner. 2. No PMO of course. 3. Meditation twice today for 20 minutes. 4. Some form of concentrated exercise (waking, weight, whatever). I will check back in tonight and verify these. Thank you.
