I wasn’t addicted to porn when I decided to do a NoFap, I just decided to do it because I want to see how much semen will come out the day I give up.
I do fap a lot, in many ways. I try different motions, different speeds, different pressures, lubricants (mostly vaseline and durex), different areas of my genitals. I love to explore my body sexually.
I will be reading threads because I’m questioning right now if it’s worth it to do a NoFap for the sake of it.
