It really does not sound nearly as drastic as we're making this out to be.

Suggesting that she is so powerful and manipulative is not wise: this girl might be the queen, but it's obvious from the narrative that she does not even know how to enjoy being the queen even if she wanted to be.

You're investing too much negative energy into a nonexistent issue. The former coworker exists, but the issue you are finding in the narrative does not.

I'm speaking from years and years of entrapping myself in this similar type of thinking. I'm speaking from a point of empathy.

I really appreciate your feedback. Thanks a lot for leaving your comment on here, your words make sense and actually had a profound impact in how I have been dealing with that situation.
Its been almost 1 year now. And I have a few other experiences that'd like to share.
