    Hey guys!

Now that I want to quit porn addiction, I also want to get some serious study habits. I'm doing my graduation thesis now and I want to do a great job. Also I study 2 humanities carreers and its important to me to have a great thesis. I was thinking on following those spotify studying playlists, but I don't know what else could you recommend me to have efficient study habits...

    Greets :) !

Cal Newport's "Deep Work" is quite inspiring, though I've yet to follow its lead.
There are youtube-channels with great tips on different topics. Thomas Frank is my go-to guy.

Hey, I’m currently a graduate student studying physical therapy and although I’m not currently writing a thesis, I have a couple study strategies that I use which have been pretty helpful.
Take breaks once you have mental fog, I recommend pomodoro timers.
Study in set places, not near your bed or electronics.
Set up a study schedule based on time.
    Good luck!

Always study while having goals for that study session. I don't prefer taking breaks before completing those goals. But its your call to take a break or not.
Switch subjects if you feel bored or start to lose interest.

@Anonymous86 yes but its harder, you are less motivated, energised etc. Also when I had a 70 days of PMO free I felt like I was remembering things much quicker than before. Id pick up any information that I heard without even paying too much attention. For a fact this didn't happen when I use to PMO. Also when you are PMO free there is a feeling that you want to study, you want to learn new things. And its much easier to actually get up and study.

Can you take small breaks while using the Pomodoro technique or is it all just straight studying for 25 minutes and then a break?
