Getting shredded. Goals and brags.

  1. Hi guys. I am Nofapsincebirth. And I am going to get shredded rather quickly. I am pretty far into my reboot now so I am going to look for something new to focus on. I am 187cm tall. My max weight was at 103kg last week. I have never been fat or anything. I have been building muscles for about 2 years so I can be considered somewhat big. I haven't cared much about diet though.

    I have been playing ping pong for about an hour on average every day since last week. I am going to work out two times this week and hopefully 3-4 times next week ( at least 2). I have almost quit eating candy and have replaced it with sweet berries and natural dried fruit without added sugar. I havent had a drink in about 10 weeks and I am probably going to continue to keep it at a minimum.

    Went on the scale today. 99kg. Down 4 kg since last week.
